Stress Management & Relaxation Program

FOR KIDS 4-12

Your child will be introduced to a wide variety of relaxation and stress management techniques including Yoga, meditation, music, stories, games, Qigong, art, breathing techniques, mindfulness, journalling, guided imagery, nature, and much more.

There are 2 options to choose from:

​

1) Private appointments with the child and the child's parent/guardian/caregiver that are customized to each individual child's needs.

​

2) A small-group program that can be customized to the needs of each group. 

​
