Hi Randi,

I really enjoyed your Qigong classes this summer.  I always came home very relaxed and rejuvenated.  You have a calm manner when teaching and I never felt pushed or stressed to do more than I could.  I liked the way you made each class new with different things to learn.  I am going to practice some of the movements you taught and concentrate on my breathing as I am doing them.  Thank you for being such a great teacher.

Last week was the last of the weekly Qigong sessions I attended.  I knew a little about Qigong but never practiced, so wasn't sure what to expect.  Randi started us off slowly with a few moves, and built on them each week.  I found the Qigong to be beneficial in both easing my tight muscles and calming my "busy" mind, and now spend a little time each day practicing the moves at home.  I would encourage anyone to give it a try and see what your experience is.
