QIGONG
(pronounced chee-gong)

Discover this ancient Chinese practice.

Available to individuals or small groups.

Qigong has been around for over 4000 years and is often described as a combination of Yoga and Thai Chi.  It has roots in Chinese medicine and is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi, which is our life force energy.  

It incorporates gentle movement and breathing to bring energy to the body, balance to the emotions, and tranquility to the mind. 


Feel the harmony of being relaxed and energized at the same time.  Experience the benefits of meditation ... but through movement!

Dr. Oz has been quoted as saying,

"if you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Qigong".

The first class will be an introduction to Qigong.  Remaining classes can be customized to the needs of the client or group.

Indivudual lesson rates:

30 minute lesson:  $30

45 minute lesson:  $45

1 hour lesson:  $60


Group rates: 

60 minutes $20/person

(minimum 6 participants)

45 minutes $15/person

(minimum 8 participants)

Travel charges apply for sessions outside of the Millet area.

May be offered indoors or outdoors ...
