Self-care means taking time to do things that help you live your best life by incorporating practices and routines that help to optimize your physical, mental and emotional health. 


Why do this with the help of someone else?


It is easier to make things happen when we have an action plan.  It is more likely that we will create an action plan with someone there to guide us, encourage us and provide us with tons of ideas to choose from.  It is more likely that we will follow through on our action plan if we have an accountability partner that we can check in with when we need more ideas, more motivation, or a gentle kick in the butt to follow through.

Hourly rate:  $60/hour

Please note:  Prices do not include any materials needed for special projects.
