Reiki is an Japanese method of healing that uses energy to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki has many benefits. The majority of people find it reduces stress and tension, and promotes relaxation. It has been described by some as sunshine flowing through you.
You will be lying on a massage table fully clothed for this treatment.
45 minute session: $75.00
60 minute session: $95.00
Includes a temple massage and a mini-foot massage.

Grief comes in many forms, not just the loss of a loved one.
A move, a divorce, a career change, retirement, an empty nest,
the end of a friendship, switching schools, aging, etc.
Regardless of the situation,
grief can be completely overwhelming.
It depletes our physical energy and our life force energy. It wreaks havoc on our heart centre and our emotions. And so much more.
After a 30-minute calming Reiki session there will be a 30-minute grief component. During this time you will be introduced to a variety of practices that will help to
restore your energy and balance your emotions.
60 minute session: $95
